Thermally broken refers to how the window is constructed. The thermal break is a continuous barrier between the inside and outside frames, that prevent the conductive thermal energy loss. Our frames have a thermal break which, along with our double glazed unit, achieve an A+10 rated window.
Our windows have been independently verified by the BRFC for its energy efficiency and has been rated A+10. They issue a ‘rainbow’ label similar to that found on fridges, freezers and washing machines. For more information about the ratings visit the BFRC website.
